Sustainability of Human Capital Efficiency in the Hotel Industry: Panel Data Evidence

چکیده

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in significant changes to business operations, particularly addressing human resources and their role within the firm. This study aims assess sustainability of capital efficiency hotel industry, including early effects pandemic. In accordance with value-based approach, (HCE) coefficient was calculated on a sample 157 hotels five-year period, year which declared. We employed quantitative methodology based VAICTM method assessing Annual Compounded Growth Rate (ACGR) evaluate trend efficiency. research results showed change industry 2020, as well mean value HCE coefficient. Hotels higher category demonstrated better ability create using capital. contribution this work is represented quantification observed period impact value-added industry.
